What are your
responsibilities?
It is your responsibility to
take your new puppy to your veterinarian
as soon as
possible after they arrive in your home
for a
comprehensive health check-up. Remember, due to their
age,
your new puppy may not have had all their required
vaccinations yet,
and must never be exposed to other
pets until your
veterinarian has verified that all
the pets in your home are
completely healthy and free of
parasites & infectious diseases.
We advise you to have
your new puppy vet checked
the same day you get
them, if at all possible.
Failure to have your new puppy
veterinarian checked
within 72 hours, or failure to have
all other pets in your
home veterinarian checked before
exposing your new puppy
to them will void the 72-hour money
back guarantee against
infectious
diseases.
Under no circumstances should you ever
surrender your dog
to an animal shelter! If you should ever
find yourself in a
situation where you cannot keep your
dachshund, and you
cannot find a suitable, loving home for
them, we ask that
you contact us for help with placement of
your doxie in another home.
If necessary, we will gladly
come to pick them up and provide a
loving home for them
until they can be placed elsewhere.
How do
you get your new puppy home?
Your puppy can be picked up
when they are 8-weeks-old.
Your puppy can be shipped when they are
10-weeks-old.

welcome to pick up your new puppy here in Raleigh, MS.
Come
in, have a Coke or a cup of coffee, and visit with us a
while.
We'd love to meet you, and show off our Li'l Dachs
!

We can also bring your
new puppy to meet you as far as
Jackson, Laurel, Hattiesburg, or
Meridian, MS, at no additional cost.
This could save you as much as 3 hours off your round trip travel time.

If you need us to
travel farther, arrangements can be made for an additional
fee.
To calculate the amount of the delivery fee, choose the closest city to you...
Jackson, MS -or- Laurel,

Now, enter the city where you would like for us to meet you as the TO location.
Click on the "Get Directions" button to see the total number of excess miles for us.
Multiply the total miles (one way) by $1.00 per mile and
that will be the delivery fee.

We can also safely ship your
puppy to you via the airlines, weather permitting.
We use Delta Airlines, Northwest Airlines, or American Airlines.
We will determine which airline to use based on destination
and the best available flight schedule for the puppy.
We will make all the necessary preparations and reservations
for your puppy's flight.
Shipping for ONE puppy is $300 to anywhere in the 48 continental
United States,
and must be paid in full no later than 1 week prior to
shipment.
Shipping charges include:
(1) airfare [$200.00],
(2)
an FAA approved puppy kennel that you get to keep [$25],
(3) veterinary Health
Certificate & Acclimation Certificate
necessary for
airline travel [$35],
(4) mailing of your puppy kit, puppy papers, contract & written
guarantee
via Priority Certified/Return Receipt U.S.
Mail [$15],
(5) our extra time & travel involved in shipping [$25].
If you are having TWO puppies shipped to you,
we can ship them both in the same puppy kennel for an additional $50,
or we can ship them in separate puppy kennels for an additional $100.
We do NOT ship puppies to destinations outside the 48 continental
United States.
Do you need to place a
deposit?
We will require a deposit of 1/2 the purchase price to hold
your new puppy.
We cannot hold a puppy
until we have received a deposit.
Deposits must
be made on a specific puppy.
Deposits are
non-refundable and non-transferable,
except in the case of illness, injury, or death of a puppy
prior to the puppy leaving Li'l Dachs.
By 8 weeks of age,
any remaining balance is due in full.
Payment for puppies over 8 weeks of age must be
made in full.
No partial payments/deposits
will be accepted on puppies over 8 weeks of age.
How can you pay for your puppy?

We will accept your checking/savings account
payment,
or credit/debit card payment via PayPal.
PayPal now
allows you to pay by credit/debit card
WITHOUT having to
set up a PayPal account of your own!
PayPal instantly notifies us of payments received.
ALL PayPal
payments will have an additional 3.5% surcharge
added during checkout.
This surcharge will appear as "Shipping & Handling" on

Why is there a surcharge?
PayPal charges us a flat transaction fee,
